Sizing

What sizes do you make?

Our tees currently come in three age bands: 2–3Y, 3–4Y and 4–5Y. Squish is designed for little explorers aged 2–6, and we’ll add bands as the range grows.

My child is between two sizes. What should I pick?

Size up. The fit is meant to last a season rather than fit exactly on day one.

How do I measure my child?

The size chart gives the chest, front length, across shoulder and sleeve length of each size in centimetres, with a diagram of where each is measured. Our kids’ t-shirt size guide walks through measuring in about five minutes, and shows how to compare against a tee they already love.

Orders and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

All orders are prepaid. Depending on what is available at checkout you can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or a digital wallet. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. The price shown on a product page is in Indian Rupees and includes applicable GST.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest; creating an account is optional.

Money left my account but I got no confirmation. What now?

Give your bank or payment app a few working days — interrupted payments are often reversed automatically. If it hasn’t come back, email connect@squish.kids with the transaction reference, and we’ll trace it with our payment partner. Full detail is in our Payment Policy.

Delivery

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We deliver across India, and shipping is free on every order. We do not currently ship internationally.

How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days, and delivery usually takes 5–6 working days from dispatch, depending on where you are. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number and link by email once your parcel is dispatched. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find it. More in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and exchanges

Can I exchange a size?

Yes. Email rituraj@squish.kids within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. One size exchange is available per item, subject to availability, and the item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with its original tags and packaging.

Who pays the return shipping on an exchange?

For a size exchange, you cover the return shipping and we cover the cost of sending the replacement.

My item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. What should I do?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and attach photographs or a short unboxing video if you can. We’ll arrange a free return pickup where available and sort out a replacement or refund. Nothing in our policy limits your rights under consumer protection law.

How quickly will you reply, and when do refunds arrive?

We aim to respond to requests within 2 business days and to initiate approved refunds within 7 business days of approval, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit. Full detail is in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
